We are proud of the difference our alumni go on to make in their lives and careers, and in the world around us.

In everything we do, we are committed to learn as well as teach. We know our continued success, and that of our students, depends on our willingness to listen and to learn. From our senior leaders to team members across the world, education and learning is central to how we work. We are all students in that sense.

Building our future together

Finally, we know that the most successful organisations are made up not only of individuals but of teams. We make our greatest strides as one team. We build our future together.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Our recruitment process

Our recruitment process may vary, depending on the type of role you have applied for. We use a combination of telephone interviews, behavioural interviews, skills testing or job-related assessments as well as qualifications and reference checking. Please ask the person who is reviewing your application what process they will follow and request a copy of the position description for the role you wish to apply for.

  • Consider which location or campus you would like to work at. Part of our interview process is a face-to-face behavioural interview, so you would need to be at that location for your application to progress.
  • Be clear on what role you have applied for and at what location.
  • Ensure your covering letter and résumé are up to date and you have thoroughly checked them for spelling and grammar.
  • Carefully review the job advertisement and follow any instructions closely.
  • Find a balance between detail and keeping your covering letter and résumé concise and professional. Explain all acronyms.
  • Ensure you have the appropriate working visa or residency for the location you wish to work at.
  • Depending on the role you have applied for, you may be required to undergo a criminal history check and working with children check. Rules are governed by the legislation in each individual country.
  • If you are shortlisted for the position, contact your referees, advising them what role you have applied for and with what company. Giving your referees as much notice as possible will provide you time to source another referee if one is unavailable. This is especially critical if your referees are overseas.

Our equal opportunities policy

Study Group is an equal opportunities employer. We value diversity and welcome employees who relish the challenge of a dynamic career in an exciting, internationally inclusive workplace.

A commitment to equal opportunities in the workplace is not only good management practice, it also makes sound business sense. We wish to encourage a working environment free of discrimination, harassment and victimisation. We aim to ensure that our people achieve their full potential and that all employment decisions are taken without reference to irrelevant or discriminatory criteria.

We are committed to working within the framework of the law and ensuring that our workplaces are free from unlawful discrimination on the grounds of colour, race, nationality, ethnic or national origin, sex, gender (including gender reassignment), religion, religious belief or philosophical belief, sexual orientation, sexuality, marital status, disability or age.
