Job overview

Life at Bellerbys College, London is about much more than the chance to get a great education. We help our students to get immersed in college life and the city that will become home during their studies with us. Our houseparents do this by creating a nurturing, inclusive and family like environment in our boarding houses. They are responsible for the pastoral care of our U18 boarders who are from a diverse range of countries, whilst always being responsive to boarders’ individual needs.

  • In this permanent, part time job, working term time Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 5pm, you'll be responsible for our U18 international students, demonstrate good judgement and decision making skills. You must be passionate about delivering excellent safeguarding and working as a team player.
  • You will be a flexible and creative person who is willing to take part in activities with excellent listening and communication skills, whilst demonstrating sensitivity, tact and diplomacy.
  • You will be expected to advise and support our students in their academic achievement through guidance, social integration and holistic development.
