We are Study Group, a global business specialising in International Education. Due to a new and very exciting venture, a fantastic opportunity has opened up to join our Pre-Arrivals team acting as the first point contact to a number of international students and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Last year, Study Group worked with over 60,000 international students across the globe, providing a variety of pathway courses. Providing an exceptional student experience is essential for us and this role plays a key part in this. This role works within the Pre-Arrivals team who take responsibility in ensuring that our students are fully supported from the moment they decide to take our course, to when they arrive in the UK. The Student Support Assistants will work closely with a team of coordinators, working a number of different key admin tasks, dealing with student enquiries, and providing general support where required. The admin will be high volume, so the right person will need to work under pressure and show flexibility when required.

What experience do you need?

  • Extensive experience managing high volumes of admin.
  • Experience working within a busy office environment.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of excel is essential.
  • Ownership of a range of administrative tasks using multiple systems

This role is based in the heart of Brighton, located near the station, surrounded by the city’s unique culture. The building has excellent facilities, the team are hardworking and social, and there’s a fantastic office environment.
