Assisting the sponsorship coordinator, this position will build key relationships with a number of internal teams, our study centres, students, and the sponsors. This will then ensure the quality and efficiency of the service offered to Sponsors of Study Group students.

You’ll be required to tackle a high volume of admin that will require an attention to detail that ensures faultless accuracy. This is a customer service focused role, meaning that complaint/issues management will be expected.

You'll be based in our Brighton office, which is behind the station and in the heart of the city. Located next to one of our colleges, it is a fantastic environment that is full of energy.

Salary: £22,000-£25,000
Contract Type: Full-time, permanent

Key responsibilities

  • Build strong internal relationships with affected virtual team and key stakeholders, to ensure successful delivery of Sponsorship related deliverables
  • Contribute to the development of the Sponsorship Actions Calendar, communicating and tracking the key deliverables and expectations of staff involved with Sponsorship related actions.
  • Coordinating the completion of individual student reports by centre/ staff in line with the Sponsorship Actions Calendar.
  • Proofreading and editing of individual student report as required.
  • Maintaining the various Sponsorship report templates used by staff across the network.
  • Maintaining to live status the master list of sponsors and their contact details.
  • Review and correction of sponsor details within Study Global to ensure information is accurate within bookings and related reports.
  • Support contacts across the network in Sponsorship related duties as required


  • We are looking for someone with experience in a busy customer service focused role. If you’ve had experience dealing with complaints, or managing issues, then this would be a bonus.
  • You’ll be a competent administrator, used to dealing with high volumes of admin, working on complex systems as well as Microsoft Office (mainly Excel).
  • You will be an excellent communicator, with a calm and professional approach.
  • If you’ve had experience in Academic Administration then this would be highly desirable. Alternately, experience working in a commercial organisation would be of interest.
