Job overview

Study Group offers a wide portfolio of higher education courses to international students across Europe, ANZ and North America. Recently, our Sponsorship student recruitment model has gone from strength to strength. We’ve enjoyed such success that we’re now looking for a Sponsor Account Executive to be join the team at our Brighton office (a stone’s throw from the train station.)

This front line sales job within the Sponsor team is focused on achieving student number and revenue targets across the full portfolio of Study Group Higher Education programmes in the UK, Europe, Australia and USA. You'll use your first rate sales and customer service skills to sell over the phone and by email and deliver outstanding customer service. You'll be working across the Middle East market, so Arabic skills are a must. If you don't speak Arabic, please don't apply!

Key responsibilities

  • Management of a sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to arrival in centre
  • To provide sector leading education counselling that helps students choose a Study Group Higher Education pathway programme
  • Liaise with Sponsors for students’ bookings.
  • Deliver excellent service to Sponsors and sponsored students.
  • Effective and impactful management of student data using Salesforce CRM to drive increased sales conversion
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative insights to management and stakeholders
  • Manage workload to maintain 100% compliance with Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to obtain the best, most appropriate offer for the student based on their needs and ability

Experience and Qualifications

  • Able to speak and read Arabic to a proficient level
  • Proven experience in telesales with a demonstrable track record of achieving targets
  • Extensive CRM knowledge and experience of pipeline management, preferably
  • Experience of identifying a customer’s business drivers and influencing their buying behaviour in line with a customer value proposition
  • Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and UK higher education system (desirable but not essential)
