SEO Analyst

This is an exciting role for a talented and enthusiastic SEO expert for a ten month fixed term contract in Brighton. As SEO Analyst you will work as part of the in-house Digital Marketing team, ensuring the successful day to day running of SEO across a global portfolio of websites in the International Education sector.

What will I be doing in this job?

  • Working across various long and short term projects and undertake everything from technical audits and implementation to keyword research and planning
  • Ensuring all SEO outputs are delivered to a high standard
  • Monitoring KPIs and reporting back on website performance to enable informed decisions to be made on current and future SEO activities
  • Working closely with Content, Design and Web Development to see through the implementation of SEO recommendations
  • Providing SEO support and expertise for ad hoc website changes requested by stakeholders of different levels within the business that are to impact performance

What skills will I need for the job?

For this job you'll need:

  • 1-2 years’ SEO experience
  • Good understanding of on- and off- page SEO ranking factors
  • Confident with Keyword research and On page optimisation – providing specification, creating, proofing and reviewing implementation
  • Comfortable with data analysis and a solid knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Experience using SEO tools to find opportunities and analyse competitors
  • Ability to keep abreast of the changes to SEO on an ongoing basis
  • Good understanding of digital marketing initiatives and a desire to learn more
  • Experience working towards objectives and reporting results
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively work with various stakeholders
  • Good organisational skills are essential as well as a drive to take on challenges
