Receptionist / Administration Assistant

Bellerbys College Cambridge is looking for a full time Receptionist who will provide a personable, helpful and professional welcome to staff, students and visitors, be calm and friendly at all times when answering the telephone and responding to email and visitor queries. Apart from the main receptionists’ duties, the candidate will also provide administrative assistance to the Finance Manager and Student Services team.

Contract Type: Full time, Permanent Role

Qualifications & Training Required: 

  • A good standard of general education
  • NVQ level 3 or A level (preferable)
  • Experience Required:
  • Experience as a Receptionist and/or Administrator (essential)
  • Experience of work within a school/college (preferable)
  • Knowledge/Skills Required:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to use IT systems effectively, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
