Job overview

  • Supports Marketing Manager(s) in maximising the commercial potential of Study Group brands
  • Co-ordinates the delivery of marketing activities as directed by the Marketing Manager to drive sales and improve profitability
  • Co-ordinate delivery of marketing activities in a complex matrix environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with and Marketing Managers for International Study Centre brands to implement marketing plans according to the student journey
  • Co-ordinate the briefing, creation and implementation in a timely manner of marketing activities across a range of channels e.g. web, social media and print
  • Analyse and report performance data to assess whether the objectives are being met and identify trends and opportunities
  • Actively participate in reviewing marketing activity including analysing results, identifying lessons learned and sharing best practices
  • Maintain the accuracy of public information covering all marketing collateral and websites
  • Gather and communicate opportunities for content that support the student journey and help to maintain social media activity (as required).
  • Continually seek to improve the customer experience by listening to and acting on student needs
  • Undertake desk research including competitor and market analysis
  • Administrative duties including keeping data in IT systems current
  • Support portfolio marketing activity and other project work as required


  • Support for the delivery of a range of sales tools according to the brand marketing plan and student journey
  • Be pro-active in gathering and communicating content opportunities that support the student journey
  • Ensure accuracy of public information on websites
  • Organisational Compliance
  • Comply with Study Group policies and applicable laws including those in relation, but not limited to: Workplace Health and Safety; Anti-Discrimination and Harassment, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption and those specifically relevant to the position and authority of the job holder.

Geographical Scope

  • Based in Brighton with occasional travel to Study Group centres in the UK

Qualifications & Training

  • Degree, or relevant qualification in Marketing desirable

Experience Required

  • Previous marketing knowledge or expertise beneficial
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and oral skills
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and juggling priorities
