HR Analyst/Administrator

We are looking for a highly efficient HR Analyst/Administrator who will be responsible for monitoring our people data and all Human Resources systems globally, highlighting any issues where required. Based at our offices in central Brigthon, in this job you will report directly to the Global HR Data & Systems Manager in Marylebone and work closely with ANZ, Asia and North America businesses to provide key stakeholders analysis of people data on a regular and ad hoc basis.

The job is around 60% system and reporting based, and 40% generalist HR activities. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and a desire for exposure to generalist HR activities. It is busy and a varied role therefore it will suit somebody with a positive, roll your sleeves up attitude.

Key Responsibilities for this job include:

  • Assist with phase II of the Human Resources System implementation;
  • Own the system security access for all current HRIS users
  • Maintain changes to HRIS processes and documentation, maintaining a future requirements log and working with the HR Data & Systems Manager to prioritise changes
  • Undertake data cleansing as required through HR Systems and HR Trackers
  • Responsible for running Group wide HR reports as per the monthly calendar, including amongst others;
  • Monthly Headcount & Vacancy reporting
  • HRIS & payroll reconciliations
  • Long service awards (CCAs)
  • Owns the Global People Recognition Scheme (GPRA) process
  • Responsible for all starter and leaver processes for London Corporate including compliance checks
  • Own updates to the Corporate Functions Resource Planning Models (Headcount Models)
  • HR administrative support for Corporate Functions
  • Responsible for maintaining updates of benefits and users of the new global benefits portal 
  • Provide project administration assistance on annual projects, such as the year end compensation review

Skills & Experience required for the job

  • Strong Administrative and System background
  • Experience of working in HR
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new processes and work to set procedures
  • Able to work within a busy and fast moving environment
  • Ability to reprioritise on an ongoing basis
  • Microsoft office, with particularly strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups)

What will you pay me?

Between £28,000 and £33,000.
