At Study Group we rely heavily on systems and management information in order to operate in a complex, fast paced and competitive global marketplace. This job, based at our Brighton office five minutes’ walk from the train station, plays an absolutely key role in this from a HR perspective.
Reporting to the Director of Global HR Operations, in this job you’ll have ownership for the provision of robust and insightful global MI and of the global HR systems. You’ll also lead on the implementation of new HR systems, and the maintenance and improvement of existing systems.

What skills will I need for the job?
You’ll have significant experience of managing HRIS systems and data. You’ll be comfortable operating in a fast paced environment. You’ll be committed to continuous improvement, able to identify areas for improvement and come up with solutions. You’ll be an advanced user of Excel (pivot tables/vLookups/data validation). You’ll have high ethical standards, with experience of handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
If you have previous experience within a global role, or have at least worked in a global business, that would be very useful.
So what will the job actually involve?
Among other things, you’ll be responsible for:
- Production of all MI reports, including monthly headcount and HR dashboard
- Management of all HR systems and tools, including security and access levels
- Managing supplier relationships with HR systems
- Benchmarking, job levelling and managing global roles framework
- Liaising with HR Managers and Payroll Managers across the globe to ensure accurate data flow, accuracy and integrity
- Answering data queries from the business
- Management of year end salary, bonus process and regulatory HR data reporting
- Management of two Global Analysts (one in the UK, one in Australia)
