We are very excited to announce the introduction of this new position within the business, as we look to expand the senior leadership team of our International Study Centres (ISCs). As a Director and Senior Vice Principal, you will be a strong leader with strategic, operational and academic responsibility for a number of our International Study Centres across the UK. You’ll be data-driven and people-focused, with proven success of strategic leadership within a large educational establishment.

Key responsibilities

In this job role, you will take a leadership position in the International Study Centre network. You’ll be given a range of responsibilities that include managing a number of Centres, overseeing an aspect relating to academic governance, and delivering on a network-wide portfolio of projects and responsibilities.

You will be accountable for delivering high-quality academic provision, student satisfaction and student success, whilst meeting commercial expectations and agreed KPIs. In the UK, Study Group is an OfS registered Higher Education Provider, and you will, therefore, be required to uphold the highest standards of compliance, academic quality and student satisfaction. As a member of the ISC senior management team, you will provide leadership to the academic and operational functions within the ISC Network.

Experience and qualifications

  • Significant experience of senior and strategic leadership within a comparably sized educational establishment (circa 1000 students)
  • Demonstrable understanding of academic management and knowledge of educating international students
  • Proven experience of delivering academic excellence whilst meeting financial and commercial targets
  • Experience of managing, developing, inspiring and motivating staff and building high-performing teams
  • Evidence of effecting cultural change and implementing new operating systems and procedures
