As a member of Brighton-based team, you’ll work with a number of our international study centres, supporting our students both pre and post arrival. You’ll become a subject matter expert for your designated centres, gaining a thorough understanding of local accommodation providers and amenities. It’s a complex and challenging job, offering plenty of variety.

What does the job involve?

In this job you’ll assist with handling of post-confirmation student support tasks for a number of nominated centres, including:

  • Booking of accommodation and transfers including researching local accommodation providers and facilitating referrals
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of SLAs and commercial terms in place with our accommodation providers
  • Gathering appropriate student information such as flight details
  • Ensuring that student records and details are up to date
  • Dealing with reactive queries from students as required within an assigned SLA
  • Issuing communications to students to ensure key information is received and understood
  • Providing ‘out of hours’ shift cover of inbound calls from students during nominated peak arrival periods
  • Handover of students details to ISC staff to ensure effective planning for arrivals and induction

What experience do you need?

You’ll certainly be detail conscious, a strong communicator (written and verbal) and a competent user of Excel and Outlook. If you have experience in a customer focused role within an office environment, then that’s great. But if you don’t, and feel you tick our other boxes, we’d love to hear from you!
