Admissions Team Leader, Projects and Development

Job Purpose:

To manage a UK based Admissions team, and be responsible for the successful management of student applications within that team; primarily for ANZ Assessment, Durham Direct Admit and any other new activity steams for Brighton Admissions as and when required. 

To support in ongoing project work related to Global Admissions and ad hoc work assigned by the Admissions Service, Projects and Development Manager; identifying areas of improvement to systems and processes related to the Global Admissions function and driving change.

To act as a point of contact for key stakeholders across the global business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an Admissions team to ensure the effective processing of student applications in order to meet published service level agreement targets, primarily involving: -
    • Assessment for ANZ (TISC and CSU)
    • Full end-to-end Admissions for Durham Direct Admit
    • Processing of related general queries
    • Support for UK confirmations when required
    • Onboarding of new activity streams into Brighton Admissions team as and when required
  • To support in ongoing project and process improvement work related to Global Admissions
  • Leadership and personal development of team members
  • To deputise for the Admissions Service, Projects and Development Manager as required
  • To act as a point of contact and subject matter expert to key stakeholders in the global business
  • To carry out ad hoc work assigned by the Admissions Service, Projects and Development Manager
  • Responsibilities may change over time in response to business requirements
