The College offers a range of programmes for international and domestic students, including foundation pathway Certificates and academic and general English language programmes. In addition, we are delighted to be launching new International Diploma programmes this year, and have further developments in the pipeline.
In this context of renewal and growth, we are seeking a dynamic, multi-skilled and experienced Manager to lead our new programmes and ensure the highest academic standards are maintained across the College. This is a vital management role that will drive best practice programme delivery.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Leading academic quality initiatives and processes across the College
- Leading a high performing team to deliver academic programmes
- Establishing strong relationships across the University to ensure students success
- Undertaking curriculum renewal and other improvement projects
As the ideal candidate you will have:
- Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field
- Strong understanding of the tertiary education environment in New Zealand and internationally
- Strong people management, planning and project management skills
- Tertiary teaching experience
- Significant exposure to academic management, governance, quality assurance and review processes
