Waikato Pathways College, located on the beautiful campus grounds of the University of Waikato, is part of the Study Group portfolio of international study colleges. We offer a range of pathway programmes for international and domestic students who wish to progress into further studies in the University. Our programmes include foundation Certificates for both domestic and international students, academic English language Certificates, general English and block courses, and short courses for international groups. We conduct English language testing and operate an award-winning IELTS Testing Centre.

We are currently seeking a part-time Administrator (27.5 hours a week) to join our IELTS team.

Job overview

The IELTS Administrator will provide efficient and effective service in the area of test administration. The role involves all aspects of the process including processing applications, organising and assisting with the administration of tests, and data management and reporting in line with defined standards. The Administrator also provides general administrative support to the College.

About you

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and IT skills as well as strong understanding of efficient process and attention to detail. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and provide outstanding customer service to a wide range of people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures. Previous experience in customer service or office administration would be an advantage.
