Job overview

HR Analyst will be the master of people data and all HR systems globally. They will report directly to the Global HR Systems & MI Manager and form part of the Global HR Operations function.

The role will work closely with colleagues in UK, Australia, Asia and North America businesses to provide key stakeholders analysis of people data on a regular and ad hoc basis, maintaining and executing a monthly schedule of data to various stakeholders.

This role will also work with global systems for the purposes of system administration as well as reporting.  

Contract: 6 months

Salary: Circa £28,500 per annum

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with the integration and development of the HR System.  
  • Own the system security access for all current HRIS users and future Self Service users.
  • Maintain changes to HRIS processes and documentation, maintaining a future requirements log and working with the Global HR Systems & MI Manager to prioritise changes.
  • Undertake data cleansing as required through HR Systems and HR Trackers.
  • Responsible for running Group wide HR reports as per the monthly calendar, including amongst others; Monthly Headcount & Vacancy reporting
  • Global HR Dashboard
  • HRIS & Payroll Reconciliations
  • Long Service Awards (CCA’s)
  • ER Tracker Reporting
  • Maintaining updates of benefits and users of the new global benefits portal.
  • Provide project administration on annual projects, such as the year end compensation and bonus reviews.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Experience and qualifications

  • Strong Administrative and System background
  • Experience of working in HR
  • Good attention to detail 
  • Ability to learn new processes and work to set procedures 
  • Able to work within a busy and fast moving environment 
  • Ability to reprioritise on an ongoing basis
  • Microsoft office, with particularly strong Excel skills (formulas)
  • Excellent Communication and presenting skills.
