A newly created HR advisor opportunity has become available within Study Group.  We are looking for an experienced, well-organised HR Advisor to support the delivery of key projects and outcomes across the HR annual lifecycle and provide additional recourse to the A/NZ HR Director and HR Business Partners.

Reporting directly to a senior member of the HR team, the HR Advisor role require a resilient, agile and well-organised approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines at once.

Contract Type: Variable Hours – Casual and Contract

Key responsibilities

  • Provide operational and transactional support
  • Provide additional capacity, administration and general support for senior members of the HR team
  • Ensuring the quality and compliance of people-related data and support the delivery of key annual people processes and outcomes
  • Either alone, or with guidance from HRD or HR Business Partners, prepare plans for the implementation of key HR projects arising from the annual HR plan
  • Undertake research/analysis/preparation work to support the HR Business Partner team with wider business projects which require a high degree of support and input
  • Support the delivery of compliance initiatives designed to ensure that the business is meeting its regulatory and inspection obligations

Capabilities/Experience

  • Excellent administrative and oral/written communication skills
  • Demonstrated numeracy skills and ability to analyse data for basic trends
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role of at least 5 years

This is an exciting new opportunity to work with a high performing team to deliver key outcomes for the A/NZ business of Study Group. The role is full time working 5 days per week.
