Job overview

Reporting to the National Business, Assurance & Strategy Director, the Business Support Officer is to ensure the delivery of executive assistance/administrative support for the Head of Charles Sturt University Study Centres and business and administrative support for Business, Assurance and Strategy group and wider Study Centre team as needed:

The key responsibilities of the Business Support Officer role include but not limited to:

  • Business Support

Selection criteria:

The successful candidate must have:

  • Relevant degree or experience
  • Experience working with senior executives
  • Organisation skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • First class interpersonal and communications skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Project management
  • Advanced skills with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver detailed and quality work unsupervised
  • Research and analysis skills
  • Experience in regulated or process driven environment
