Taylors College is seeking a full or part time Accounting Teacher for their Waterloo campus in Sydney. The successful candidate will be part of a team of experienced HSIE teachers, teaching Accounting to senior international students who are aiming for entry to undergraduate degrees at the University of Sydney. The successful applicant must also be an excellent classroom teacher, be adept at using technology in the classroom and have proven ability to motivate students to succeed.

Candidates for this role should ideally be able to address the following selection criteria:

  • Studied Accounting as a subject within their higher education academic qualifications
  • Have formal teacher education qualifications from a higher education institution within Australia or as recognised within AEI – NOOSR guidelines
  • Have experience teaching senior international students
  • Have a current WWCC (Working with Children Check)
  • NESA accreditation and/or work experience related to Accounting
