Key Responsibilities

As a Leader of the Telesales team and a member of the Senior Leadership Team, proactively contribute to the Company strategy by focussing on student success, highly engaged team, operational excellence and a focus on driving growth.

Student Success

  • You will ensure continued focus on the student experience with the Company, ensuring our teams are delivering on satisfaction, conversion and future progression of every student interacting either directly with the student & their parents or indirectly through our channel.
  • This will include the professional engagement and provision of advice and counselling services.
  • Living in a collaborative one-team environment, you will influence others to ensure maximum student satisfaction.

Highly Engaged Team

  • Ensuring continuous team engagement and the learning & growing of our employees through your stimulating leadership approach including engagement activities and the enablement of learning & growing initiatives.
  • Active involvement and direction in the activities of the Telesales team, ensuring support is provided for the team to be successful.
  • Drive and ensure accountability of the team to deliver on business outcomes.

Operational Excellence

  • Provide clear reporting to the business, both within and outside of the team, to allow easily understandable insight into performance.
  • Reduce non-value-add time across the organisation and ensure compliance in everything that we do.
  • Continuous improvement of the Telesales team, including tools & processes, to enhance the student experience.
  • Achieve budgetary targets and ensure optimum financial performance of all telesales activities.

Growth Driven

  • Identify and enable the growth of new markets whilst still growing our mature markets, through a student-centred, omni-channel approach.
  • Maximise all growth opportunities, with an outside-in data-driven approach.

  • Experience managing a P&L within a competitive service environment.
