Job overview

The Salesforce Champion will provide expertise aligned to business requirements to gain end-user support and deliver improvements of features and processes, increase adoption with user satisfaction and expand usage. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the platform. The Champion will work closely with functional leaders, individual teams, and subject matter experts to integrate sales force into the daily business routine with the motto of – if it’s not in Sales Force, it doesn’t exist.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary business expert for the organization
  • Establish and enable business process to be managed through sales force
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
  • Work with institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the skill set across the organization
  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, IT and the application development teams
  • Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements

Skills Required

  • Sales operations experience of developing & streamlining process, linking activities & pipeline inputs to sales productivity and results output
  • Strong skills for reporting and dashboard functions in Salesforce
  • Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes

Experience Required

  • Minimum four years of experience as a super user
  • Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud experience preferred
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Strong understanding of best practices and functionality
  • Strong data management abilities
  • A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
