Job overview

The Project Expeditor is accountable in managing projects supporting the strategic Sales & Marketing development, managing the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of the projects, including monitoring & tracking.

Job Duties

  • The successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of the Sales & Marketing strategic projects, responsible for project delivery from inception to completion with the appropriate governance. This includes planning, execution and managing the people, resources and scope of the project.
  • Oversees the performance of all Sales & Marketing projects, incl. Project lead coaching & enabling, Roadmap & Milestone Planning
  • Create clear and attainable objectives and to ensure successful completion of the project. Ensures with the project leads the delivery of deliverables across the projects.
  • Minimises or mitigates risks across the Sales & Marketing projects.
  • Manage communication among the stakeholders of the project including vendors and 3rd party partners
  • Develop and manage processes both technical and business to ensure plans are in place to meet business requirements in a cost-efficient manner and within specific targets
  • Ensure Project Sign-Off in line with Company requirements.

Experience required

Qualifications & Training:

  • Project Expedition (i.e. PMP or similar) qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of delivered projects

Experience Required:

  • The successful Project Manager must have a strong project management experience to support the organisation in implementing strategic and operational activities.
  • Experience in Sales & Marketing strategy, preferred but not essential.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Drive and resilience to support the expediting of project activities.
