Partner Sales Manager – South Korea

Job overview

We are looking for a dedicated & personable Partner Sales Manager based in South Korea to build and maintain in-depth relationships with our Key partners in the region, contributing to their sales strategy and team leadership. You own the responsibility for this service experience, delivery and profitability of these clients and in return, achieving student enrolment and profit goals across Study Group's brands.

You will report to the Regional Director of North Asia and work closely with the Partner Sales Team
to achieve student enrolment and profit goals for their portfolio of Agents and Feeders across all Brands.

Key responsibilities

  • Development & execution of region/country sales plan in collaboration with the Student Recruitment Manager
  • Represent centres/brands at exhibition and recruitment events 
  • Manage agent spend to ensure that the ‘cost-to-serve’  is at a productive level
  • Manage agent network with a focus on depth of relationship, ensuring adherence to SLAs and improved agent satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activity enabling greater in-market competitor awareness and analysis.
  • Identify agent growth opportunities and risk profile – active management of Account Plan.
  • Identify, select and onboard new agents
  • Develop implement and manage Account Plan to support Partners achievement of New Student Enrolment targets.
  • Identify and recommend new agents and new recruitment opportunities.
  • Serve as country representative for SG in the designated country, ensuring day-to-day operations maintain alignment with overall corporate policy, strategy and direction, including compliance with local legal regulation. 
  • Management of the day to day operations. Resolve issues on strategic, technical, commercial, operational and personnel which impact customer service and performance in the country
  • Produce business performance reports in line with the operating rhythm 
  • Lead client-facing activities and oversee all New Student Enrolment recruitment activities in the country


  • International education sales experience essential 
  • Must be fluent in Korean and English
  • Tertiary educated, ideally with exposure to international education
  • Mandatory to come with at least more than 3 years of educational sales experience ideally with exposure to an agency model within this region
  • A commercially savvy sales professional  with a successful track record in delivering results via leading the delivery of indirect sales management
  • Experience leading a team in building and maintaining a key account management sales process.
  • Experience nurturing customer relationships and working proactively to recognise customers’ business requirements
  • Experience in managing sales, budgets and projects within a marketplace
  • Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and the challenges within this industry
