Admission Coordinator

Job Description

Based in the Global Access Hub (shared service centre) in Singapore, this role supports the Admissions process for Study Group’s UK, Australia/New Zealand (ANZ) or North America (NA) university partners. Triage & Booking is responsible for registration of all applications, document verification and, where necessary, also e-mail communication to universities and sales agents.

Contract: 6 months Temporary contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritise work appropriately to ensure the most important items are worked on first 
  • Monitoring work queues to ensure that work does not pile up and SLAs are met. 
  • Produce high quality and accurate work – accurately entering data and correctly assessing student applications against entry requirements 
  • Work needs to be accomplished quickly and in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as well as at the right quality. 
  • Correspond with agents, sales staff and education heads in a highly professional manner. 
  • Escalate any issues quickly to the Team Lead 
  • Identify opportunities to continually enhance the Admissions processes and improve working practices


  • Previous experience working in a shared service centre/contact centre or productivity environment is advantageous 
  • Experience at managing a high volume workload to tight SLA’s 
  • Experience within the education sector is advantageous but not essential
