As a Student Enrolment Advisor, you will:

  • work with a dedicated team generating growth in student enrolments and maximising conversion rates
  • Support the growth of student enrolments to our Higher Education programs in North America

You will be accountable for driving sales of our programs through:

  • Managing and supporting student through the student enrolment journey from initial enquiry to arrival in the study centre
  • Advising students on the study options within the Study Group North American Higher Education portfolio
  • Accurate forecasting of arrived students
  • Prioritising and following up leads as appropriate
  • Identifying trends and provide feedback opportunities to the marketing and sales teams
  • Establish and maintain detailed information on our CRM

  • fluent in English Portuguese and Spanish

What else will you bring to this role?

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate in a global environment
  • Excellent technology skills including experience using a CRM system
  • Knowledge of the international student recruitment environment and education systems particularly in the Middle-East
  • Fluency in both oral and written English, ideally with fluency in Mandarin, Arabic or other major languages
