Job overview

We're looking for a dynamic and personable salesperson with experience of international student recruitment to manage and grow the pipeline of new student enrolments within the Brazilian market. In this job, you'll be responsible for achieving student enrolment and profit goals for a portfolio of Agents and Feeders across all Study Group's Higher Education Brands. You'll use your first-class communication abilities to manage relations with these key partners, building relationships that are based on mutual understanding and trust. Some local and regional travel will be required.

Key responsibilities

  • Developing and executing region/country sales plan in collaboration with product sales managers
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all Partner programme enquiries, providing prompt and clear responses which maximise leads
  • Representing centres/brands at exhibition and recruitment events
  • Managing agent network with a focus on depth of relationship, ensuring adherence to SLAs and improved agent satisfaction
  • Monitoring competitor activity, enabling greater in-market competitor awareness and analysis
  • Identifying agent growth opportunities and risk profiling  
  • Identifying and recommend new agents and new recruitment opportunities
  • Serving as country representative for Study Group in Brazil, ensuring operations maintain alignment with overall corporate policy, strategy and direction
  • Producing business performance and forecast reports
  • Driving initiatives to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications and training

To do this job you'll need to be tertiary educated and fluent in English and Portuguese. You'll have proven experience in international student recruitment, and CRM knowledge (preferably salesforce.com.) You'll have strong decision making, problem-solving and negotiation skills, and the flexible mindset needed to thrive in a complex, international business.
