Job description

As an International Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of North American universities, managing the preparation and positioning of their brands on the international higher education market. Your goal is to present each university’s value proposition and programs to key target markets, working with the partner and our marketing teams to craft a compelling brand story that will resonate with potential students.

You'll be ambitious and dynamic, with international experience, and the ability to navigate the unique needs of different clients within the same industry space, managing both the marketing aspects of the client relationship and successfully positioning each brand.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Ability to create compelling data-driven Marketing plans to align with recruitment tactics
  • Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
  • Measure ROI on all activities/campaigns
  • Thrive in a heavily matrixed, international environment and attain qualitative and quantitative KPIs

Please note the role will involve some domestic and international travel

What skills will I need for the job?

  • Significant consumer brand marketing experience in an agency-style setting (some of which will be in a multi-national space)
  • Knowledge and understanding of international marketplace and the impact of geopolitical external factors on higher education market (specifically in the U.S. and Canada)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high-growth environment with a fluid market landscape, adopting strategies and tactics accordingly
  • Knowledge and understanding of a multi-channel distribution environment
