Study Group response to coronavirus (Covid-19)
20 February 2020
As a global organisation focused on international education which operates across the world, we are keenly aware of international concern about the coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak.
Our first priority is the health and safety of our students and staff. We have a global incident team actively monitoring this developing situation and we are working closely with our partners to ensure we are doing all we can to fulfil this responsibility. We continue to remain vigilant and follow the official medical advice of the countries we operate in, and we are staying in contact with those authorities.
As a precautionary measure, we have postponed all staff and partner travel into affected regions until further notice.
At the heart of everything we do is our commitment to our students' success. We are working on plans for those students who have been affected by travel restrictions to make sure we explore every possible alternative for them to complete their studies with us.
To enable us to quickly respond to all enquires, and in particular to advise any students who are due to begin their studies with us, we have set up a priority contact email mailbox. The email address is firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have any urgent questions and concerns then please do contact us using this address. All emails are being monitored 24 hours a day and are being directed to the most appropriate person for a reply.
If you have concerns about coronavirus (Covid-19) please visit the World Health Organization page, or the website of your local public health organisation, for authoritative information.
