Study Group announces two new Global Executive appointments

We are planning for the future by investing in our senior leadership team. This will enable us to grow and secure our position in the market as the industry leaders.
New Managing Director, Embassy English, Jean Vernor.
Jean Vernor joins Study Group with an extensive business background and considerable experience at senior executive/CEO level. Working out of our New York office, Jean's impressive career so far includes being President and General Manager of a $200m division of General Electric where she led a successful transformation; CEO of a $100m+ global manufacturer with operations in the US, Canada and UK; and various CMO roles in the financial services sector including a start-up that grew to US$1.5b in valuation and is now part of HSBC. Jean brings considerable skills and capability in building and transforming businesses and is supported by an experienced team. She will be based in our New York office.
Executive Director, Sales and Marketing, Yuri Narciss
Yuri Narciss is the newest member of our global executive team and will be based in Singapore. Yuri joins us from Google where he spent almost nine years working in a variety of senior sales roles in Germany, Australia before becoming Head of Strategy and Sales Operations in China. Prior to his experience at Google, he had a variety of sales leadership roles and advised global industry leaders on their marketing and digital strategies, including Unilever where he worked across European and Asian Pacific markets. Yuri brings an extraordinary range of skills and experience in combining the discipline, systems and processes of the Unilever business with the technology focus of Google.
Both of these appointments are set to further strengthen our position as leaders and innovators in global education.
