Study Group Launches Course Finder

Study Group is always keen to listen to - and act upon - feedback from our students, agents, university partners and our people. In response to a study we commissioned with our agents, we have been working on improving key areas of our agent service, namely Sales Excellence, Agent Knowledge and Service Support.
As part of the Agent Knowledge project, we have recognised that agents are working with many different institutions worldwide and it is a challenge to ensure they have up-to-date information about Study Group programmes at their fingertips. We needed to find a tool that delivered a competitive advantage by making Study Group’s courses easy and attractive for agents to find and promote to potential students, thereby resulting in increased student applications.
We are very excited to announce the launch of Course Finder, a new website (and coming soon – app) for agents to find the right Study Group course quickly and easily during the counselling process. Agents can search using criteria like 'subject', 'location' or using a map and then make informed suggestions to their students. It covers High School, Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses (currently Higher Education only).
Course Finder was developed by an internal team heavily supported by a specialist external design company and independent researchers. The project team included representatives from across the business including active members of the sales team. Agents were consulted in detail throughout the development to make sure we designed something to meet their needs.
Course Finder will be launched to our agent network this September. A Chinese language version will be available to our Chinese agents soon.
