Career-focused degrees prepare students for a great future

As one of the top providers of work placement courses in the UK (Higher Education Statistics Agency, 2013/14), Huddersfield has a strong reputation for helping students succeed in their chosen career.

The University offers professional work placements with most of its degree courses and has a practical approach to learning and teaching. 

Students at the University of Huddersfield can access the Careers and Employability Service for advice, workshops, CV checks and interview techniques. The service also has specialist advisers for international students.

Study Group’s International Study Centre is based in the heart of the University of Huddersfield campus, set in a thriving Yorkshire town and less than an hour from Leeds and Manchester. Study Group’s unique global reach provides the International Study Centre with a growing number of international students each year. Our staff and tutors are specialists in preparing international students for the a UK university education, delivering the required academic knowledge, English language and study skills, supported by a state-of-the-art high technology learning environment.
