07 November 2012

After almost six years at Study Group, Heith Mackay-Cruise has announced his intention to resign from his role as Global CEO. Heith has been instrumental in leading Study Group through a period of strong growth and significant value creation for its shareholders.

Study Group today has over 30 university partnerships across the world and will have served more than 50,000 students in the course of this calendar year. The Board of Study Group wants to thank Heith for his many contributions to the company, and wishes him well for a well-deserved break and for his future endeavours.

As part of a managed transition, Arvid Petersen, former Executive Chairman and current non-Executive Director of Study Group, has assumed leadership of Study Group on an interim basis, effective immediately.

The search for a new Global CEO of Study Group is advanced, and an announcement will be made in due course.
